We would like to welcome two new Doctors to the Surgery, Dr Yasmin Hoosen and Dr Clare Murray-Brown, who started in January.

Would you like to have a say in how your surgery is run?

 

We are setting up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) in order to get feedback on what you feel is important.

 

This group will form a core survey sample that we will send questionnaires to on the general patient experience at the surgery.

 

If you would like to take part in this group, please complete the sign up form on 'contact us'. 

We will then be in contact when we have a sufficient group size for our surveys.

Please feel free to leave suggestions on the 'contact us' page for anything you would like the group to discuss; whether or not you would like to be involved directly in the group.
