Book your appointments online
Before you can start booking GP appointments online (or order repeat prescriptions) you must first register your details for this service.
It is quick and easy to register. You will need to come into the surgery for an application form and then you will be given the relevant details to enable you to set up an account and use the system - see our user guide for further information
Once registered you will be able to view any appointments you have already made, cancel them if necessary, or book a new appointment with the doctor.
When you book an appointment online you will receive confirmation which you can print off and bring with you when you attend the surgery. There is no need to reconfirm

Same Day Appointments
For same day appointments, contact the surgery on tel. 0161 448 4848 before 9am, if possible.
We reserve some appointments each day for urgent medical problems. If it is urgent, there are some appointments blocked off for booking on the day.
Our Nurse Practitioner, Sr. Jocelyn, runs a Minor Illness Clinic every morning.
You may be asked for information about your medical problem by the receptionist in order to decide which appointment is most suitable.
Cancelling Appointments
There are always patients needing to be seen. Please help us by not wasting an appointment. If you know you cannot attend an appointment, LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY RINGING 0161 448 4848.
A considerable number of appointments are wasted when patients fail to attend (If you were paying for this consultation privately it would cost £50). Therefore, patients who miss three appointments without letting us know may receive a letter from the Practice about this problem. In the worst case scenario they will be asked to find another doctor.
Medical Emergencies
Life-threatening medical emergencies should go to the nearest Casualty Department. Our nearest Casualty Department is:
Manchester Royal Infirmary,
Oxford Road (Grafton Street entrance).
Telephone: 0161 276 1234
Open: 24 hours.
If you have severe chest pain and think you are having a heart attack, or difficulty in breathing, please dial 999 and ask for an emergency ambulance.
At times the GPs may have to deal with an emergency and see a patient out of turn. Please be patient if the surgery is running late.
